1. General

1.1. This Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Policy“) describes the method of data collection by the website olympicterra.gr, the use of such data by the Company and the terms and conditions of use of this website. This Data Policy refers exclusively to your personal data, which you provide to the Company during your orders on this website, so that you know the purpose of their processing by us, the category of recipients and the procedures you can follow to exercise your legal rights. 

1.2. Personal Data means any information relating to the data subject, i.e. any information relating to any natural person to whom the data relates and whose identity is known or can be ascertained. Such data, as defined by the Law and the relevant provisions, include, for example, the name, address, date of birth, gender, mobile phone number, email address as well as usage data, such as username, password and IP address. 

1.3. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), any specific national and European legislation for certain sectors, the currently applicable Greek legislation for the protection of personal data, as well as for the protection of personal data and privacy in the electronic communications sector (Law 3471/2006, as applicable) and the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Authority (PDPA). Any possible future change to the above regulatory framework will be subject to this. 

1.4. For any clarification, question or legal requirement regarding your privacy and the processing of your personal data, you can contact us at any time by sending a request to our Customer Service Department and declaring the request as “confidential”, either via email to info@olympicterra.gr or by sending a written letter to the address of the Company’s headquarters.

2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

2.1. The Company has designed the website olympicterra.gr, in such a way that its users can visit it without having to reveal their identity, unless they wish to do so. Visitors to the website are asked to provide their personal data only in the event that they want to order product(s), register on the website and/or send an email to info@olympicterra.gr 

For your simple browsing in our Online Store, the Company does not request any personal information from you. However, the Company, while you browse or use the services offered by olympicterra.gr, collects and processes browsing data through cookies that relate exclusively to your shopping habits. 

2.2. The categories of personal data that the Company collects and processes during your visit/browse to the Website and Online Store olympicterra.gr are the following: 

(a) We collect the necessary Personal Data, which, in accordance with the Law and the Terms of Use, are deemed necessary in order to complete, execute and ship your order. Among these, indicatively, are the Name and Surname, the Electronic Address (email), the Contact Telephone Number (landline and mobile), the Product Shipping Address (street, city, postal code, country), the Billing Address of the order and the Payment Details, such as the Credit/Debit Card mask, etc. and the Type of Document you want us to issue (Receipt or Invoice). In the event that you request the issuance of an Invoice, you will be asked for your company details such as the company name, the VAT number, the Tax Office, the Activity, the address of its headquarters as well as Contact Phone Numbers (landline and mobile). 

(b) we collect your Name and Surname, your Email Address (e-mail), your Personal Password (Password), your Gender and your Date of Birth when you register on olympicterra.gr and open an Account, so that you can complete your purchases from our online store. 

(c) in the event that you provide personal data of third parties (such as e.g. Name, Surname, Address, Phone) to olympicterra.gr (e.g. purchase cases gifts for a third party), olympicterra.gr will protect the third party’s Personal Data in accordance with this Data Policy.

3. Purpose of Collection and Processing of Personal Data

3.1. The personal data you provide while browsing the olympicterra.gr website are intended and processed exclusively for the following purposes: 

(a) to complete and execute the purchase of the products offered by olympicterra.gr. Upon completion of your purchase, you will be asked for the necessary Personal Data that will ensure the execution of the contract, such as payment, the necessary anti-fraud checks (in cases of payment by credit/debit card), billing, shipping the product and managing any return, 

(b) for the provision of services by olympicterra.gr, through your registration on the Website and the use of services intended only for Registered Users/Members. Registration on the Website is possible through the entry of specific Personal Information, necessary for the verification of the Identity of the Personal Data Subject and the development of the services offered to registered users. For this purpose, the Company may collect, regarding each service and its characteristics, the necessary Personal Data for the development of the service requested by the Personal Data Subject, 

(c) for sending the Company’s newsletters and for commercial communication about our products and services, so that you are informed about innovations, new arrivals, exclusive products and offers, 

(d) for communicating with us and managing your requests through the Customer Service Department, 

(e) for improving the services provided. Always with your consent, we may use your contact information in the context of conducting market research and general satisfaction surveys, in order to improve our services and the relationship with our users. 

(f) for statistical research and analysis purposes with data in aggregate form in order to understand how users interact and use the Website olympicterra.gr, improving our products and services. The above information may not be used by any third party without complying with applicable provisions. 

3.2. We may need to use and retain your personal data for legal and compliance reasons, such as the prevention, detection, or investigation of a crime, prevention of loss, fraud or any other misuse of our services and IT systems. 4. Recipients of Personal Data and Purpose of Transfer

4.1. Your Personal Data is processed by the Company, which is the Data Controller. (c) to third parties, natural or legal persons, who may provide on behalf of the Company promotional and marketing services for both the Company itself and its products or services, 

(d) to our third-party partners who provide technical services, such as, but not limited to, hosting and technical support services. All partners, representatives and/or subcontractors have been evaluated and selected by the Company for their proven reliability and capacity and all comply with the legislation set out in the above paragraphs. 

4.3. The Company will not sell or otherwise transfer or disclose personal information of the Subjects of its website to third parties – other than those mentioned above – without the consent of the Subject, with the exception of the application of relevant legal orders from and to the competent Judicial, Police and other Administrative Authorities, following their legitimate request and in accordance with the applicable legislative provisions

5. Processing of children's personal data

The Company will not collect or process personal data of children under 16 years of age unless parental consent has been given, in accordance with applicable law. If we become aware that a child’s personal data has been collected in error, we will delete such data without undue delay.

6. Correction, Modification or Deletion of Information

olympicterra.gr allows its users to correct, change, supplement or delete data and information that has been submitted to olympicterra.gr. If you choose to delete information, the Company will act in such a way that this information is deleted from its files immediately. 7.2. The Company will try to satisfy your request within 30 days. However, the deadline may be extended for specific reasons relating to the specific legal right or the complexity of your request. 8. Retention of your personal data

8.1. The Company will delete the personal data it collects from you if it is no longer necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was originally collected. However, we may be required to store your personal data for a longer period due to legal provisions. 

8.2. The Company will not delete all of your personal data if you have asked us not to contact you in the future. For this purpose, the Company maintains files containing information about individuals who do not wish to be contacted in the future (e.g. via group e-mail messages)

olympicterra.gr expands, updates and improves its website and its related products and services and may also update this policy. By subscribing to the Newsletter service at olympicterra.gr, you consent to the Company processing and using your personal data for advertising purposes, such as sending emails with general information or advertising (newsletters) regarding the Company, its products and services. 

The customer has the right to delete his/her email address (e-mail) from the newsletter recipient list at any time, following the instructions in the email message he/she receives or by sending an email to the email address info@olympicterra.gr.
